An Applicant Tracking System is the software (Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo…) that nearly all mid-size and large companies use to filter applications. It parses your resume into fields and ranks it against the job description's keywords. If it can't parse your resume or the keywords don't match, a human never sees you.
The scan and report are completely private — no server, no database, no analytics on your text. The analysis (including PDF reading) runs as JavaScript in your own browser; you can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and it still works. The one exception is the optional Pro AI Rewrite Studio: if you choose to use it, your resume and job text are sent securely to our server and AI provider to generate your rewrite — processed only for that request, not stored, and never used to train AI. It's clearly labeled, and the free scan never does this.

No tool can promise that. What a high score does is make sure you don't lose to the filter — your resume gets parsed cleanly and ranks well on the keywords, so a human actually reads it. The rest is your experience and your story.
